At VERLOOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original condition and include all tags. Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup. We recommend keeping your tracking number for reference until the return is finalized.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
